The Survivor Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes 24/7 Crisis Hotline serves as the after-hours homeless and runaway youth hotline for the Wayne County region. Our advocates are available to assist homeless and runaway youth in finding safe housing and connecting with services.

The Survivor Advocacy Center provides services to homeless and runaway youth, no matter their gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, age, or religion.
All of our services are free, confidential, and voluntary.
Support for Spanish-speaking survivors
- Our 24/7 Crisis Hotline is always staffed with a Spanish-speaking advocate.
- The Survivor Advocacy Center’s two full-time Spanish-speaking advocates are available to assist in all other needs.

- Whether you want to learn more about your options, or you just need someone to talk to, we’re here. We will believe and support you in every way we can.
- Connection to services that provide emergency or safe housing for minors under the age of 18.
Domestic Violence Shelter
- The SACFL provides emergency, temporary, safe housing for minors 16 years and older of all genders and their accompanying children who are currently experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence.
- Our safe dwelling location is kept confidential.
- We can provide housing for a total of 14 individuals.
